Terms of service
The plain-English rules.
Last updated July 13, 2026. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
“3D Printing Engineering”, “we” and “us” means the operator of this store. “You” means the person browsing or ordering.
2. Orders & acceptance
An order is placed when you complete checkout and payment through Stripe. We accept it when we begin production or ship it. We may decline or refund an order — for example if a model isn't printable, exceeds our equipment, or violates section 5 — and will tell you promptly if so.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are in US dollars. Catalog prices are shown on each product page; custom-part prices are computed from your uploaded geometry and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Prices may change at any time, but never for an order you've already placed.
4. Custom parts — what you're buying
For custom uploads we manufacture the geometry in the file you provide, in the material you select. Typical dimensional accuracy is published in the FAQ. You are responsible for the design's fitness for its purpose; we are responsible for manufacturing it to spec. 3D-printed parts are not certified for safety-critical, medical, aerospace, or load-bearing structural applications unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Your files & intellectual property
You keep all rights to models you upload. You warrant that you own or are licensed to use any design you send us, and that printing it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or any law (no weapons or weapon components, no counterfeits). We use your files only to produce your order — see the privacy policy.
6. Shipping, returns & defects
Production times, shipping rates, the 30-day ready-made return window, and the 14-day defect policy for custom parts are set out on the Shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of parts we print.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version, and changes apply only to orders placed after they're posted. Questions: contact us.
