STL (binary or ASCII) up to 50 MB. Export at fine resolution — chord tolerance 0.01–0.05 mm gives smooth curves without a huge file. STEP support is on the roadmap; email it to us in the meantime and we'll quote it manually.

From your part's actual geometry: we compute its volume, estimate the printed weight (including infill), and price by material — plus a small setup fee per part. What you see is what you pay; there are no surprise revisions after you order.

300 mm on the longest axis for FDM materials (PLA, PETG, ABS). Larger parts can often be printed in sections and joined — email us. Resin parts are best under 180 mm.

PLA: rigid and precise — prototypes, jigs, indoor parts. PETG: tough and weather-resistant — outdoor use, brackets under sustained load. ABS: impact and heat resistance — enclosures near electronics, car interiors. Resin: fine detail and smooth finish — visual models, small precise components.

Typical FDM accuracy is ±0.3 mm or ±0.5% (whichever is larger); resin is tighter, around ±0.1 mm. Holes come out slightly undersized in FDM — design +0.2 mm on critical bores, or tell us which dimensions matter and we'll compensate.

Payments run entirely through Stripe — card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers.
